DIFFERENT CULTURES DIFFERENT VALUES
On January 26, 2006, UGRAD alumna Haikuhi Muradyan gave a public lecture entitled “Different Cultures, Different Values” at Gyumri American Corner. The lecture was aimed at presenting different cultural identities and stereotypes peculiar to the U.S. The illustrated hand-outs helped the participants identify different cultural icons, discuss them in groups - exchanging the already acquired information and discovering new identities that characterize the multicultural U.S.A.
