International Student Forum Camp

On March 30, 2009, the Gyumri American Corner hosted Capacity and Development for Civil Society NGO representatives from Vanadzor. The aim of the event was to present information about the upcoming International Student Forum Camp, which will take place July 7-17 in Dilijan.
The International Student Forum (ISF) is a continuation of the International Outreach Coalition (IOC) Camp that has been organized for the past two years in Vanadzor and Dilijan. IOC programs are designed to foster self-discovery, respect, and confidence as well as leadership, communication, team-building, and project-management skills. The programs are recommended for students who are considering careers in international relations, law, business, journalism, education, or health.
A short film about the IOC camp was shown and the guests discussed the camp. FLEX alumni Ani Ghukasyan and Nora Minasyan led the discussion. More than 25 students participated in the program.
