Embassy Support and Outreach Programs Highlighted at Gyumri American Corner

On April 27, 2009, U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section representatives Liana Sahakyan and Lusine Mkrtchyan delivered a presentation at the Gyumri American Corner on “U.S. Embassy Programs in Armenia.” The presentation covered Democracy Commission Small Grants, U.S. Government Exchange Program Alumni Outreach, the Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program, the H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, and the Ambassador’s Fund for Cultural Preservation program. More than 30 participants from different NGOs were present for the presentation. The event was highlighted by GALA TV.
