Dear Friends

On October 22, 2010 at the Gyumri American Corner the IREX Armenia presented the 2011 Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program (Muskie). The guest speaker was Arina Zohrabian the IREX Armenia Director.

During the presentation Arina Zohrabian spoke generally about the program, presenting its aims and the objectives. She told the students about the eligibility criteria, the application procedure and the selection process of the program. She also gave the students advice which was bound to help them when filling in the applications. At the end of the presentation Maskie alumni Ofelia Minasyan spoke with the students, sharing her experience studying in the USA and encouraging them to apply.

22 people, including students, NGO members were present at the presentation. The event was very motivating and the participants learned a lot about the Maskie program.
